    Features:

    The main body of the machine (frame and tripod) is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and suitable for industrial production environments;

    The conveyor belt is a 2mm thick black wear-resistant belt, the counter-rotating wheel fixed shaft has been tempered, the pressure strip is a stainless steel round bar, and the core components are made of solid material, which extends the overall service life of the equipment.

    Flexible design and high adaptability

    Core configuration is optional: the motor can be selected as a manual reduction motor or a variable frequency reduction motor, the speed regulation method can be selected as manual knob speed regulation or digital display frequency converter speed regulation, and the conveying speed is divided into three optional levels: low, medium and high, which can match different production rhythms and precision requirements;

    Structural details adaptability: Rubber foot pads ensure the stability of the equipment on different surfaces. The stainless steel pressure strips are highly plastic and can adjust the pressing force according to the thickness of the product. It is suitable for a variety of card/thin bag products with a range of 60~280mm and a thickness of 0.08mm-3mm.

    Easy operation and convenient maintenance

    Low operating threshold: only the red rocker switch is needed to control the power on and off, and the knob or digital display screen is used to adjust the speed. After the preliminary debugging is completed, the manual operation only needs to place the products to be paginated, without complicated operations
