    Description

    1. The fiber laser marking machine utilizes a fiber laser to output laser beams. These beams are then directed by a high-speed scanning galvanometer system to achieve the marking function, which is to engrave process permanent codes or labels on products.

    2. The Fiber laser wavelength is 1064nm, which can mark and carve on a variety of metal and non-metal materials. Metals are such as aluminum, copper, iron, and Aluminum-Based Film. Non-metallic materials are such as wood products, paper boxes, and plastic such as pet, PVC, PP, PS, PA, XLPE, etc.

    3. DANA F30 series fiber laser marking machine is mainly composed of German IPG/ Dana custom laser, galvanometer, field lens, host, touch computer, and floor bracket. This model offers versatile marking directions through the optional addition of a joint bar construction component.Utilizing air cooling, the machine ensures efficient heat dissipation while maintaining stable and reliable operation.F30 series machines have stable and reliable performance, it can continuously marking for 100000 hours.

    4. The self-developed control system supports a variety of file formats including PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, and others. It is compatible with files exported from commonly used software such as AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and CAXA. Additionally, it features an embedded auto-coding program that generates serial numbers, batch numbers, dates, and more.
