DN-WELD series Air-cooled Laser Handheld Welding Machine

    Description

    The DN - WELD series air-cooled handheld laser welding machine has a compact and small overall design, with a lightweight body, making it easy to carry and use, and can easily adapt to various working scenarios. The welding gun head highlights the advantages of being light and flexible, making it easy to operate. The welding machine is also equipped with an advanced and efficient control system, realizing the centralized control of the welding gun and wire feeder. Different welding processes can be easily retrieved with one key.  At the same time, it supports one-key language switching function, which can support up to 19 languages, meeting the diverse user needs.

    1. Laser Source: Utilizes a high-performance fiber laser which power can be adjusted flexibly within the range of 10% - 100%, and it can realize continuous light emission and stable laser output with a power stability of ±2%. The built-in air-cooling system eliminates the need for additional cooling equipment, ensuring the portability.

    2.Air-Cooled Welding Gun: The pipe-free design allows for greater flexibility in angle adjustment. Weighing only 700 grams, it is 50% lighter than traditional water-cooled welding guns, enabling easy one-handed operation and significantly enhancing productivity in continuous welding tasks.

    3.Wire Feeder: Synchronized with the welding gun for simplified operation, it supports "one-touch wire feeding" and "one-touch wire retraction" functions, and also supports dual-channel wire feeding, which can meet different welding needs and further improve the flexibility and efficiency of the welding work.
