Mini Laser Marking Machine

Our UV laser marking machine adopts Inno Laser’s laser source. Its advanced design delivers excellent beam quality and narrow pulse width, resulting in minimal heat affect and fine, aesthetic marking—ideal for precision processing of special materials.
The machine is equipped with a a domestically leading galvanometer scanning system and paired with DANA self-developed stable control software. Featuring a touch panel controller, it is compatible with multiple design software programs and various file formats, supporting barcode, QR code, and graphic marking. It can automatically encode and print serial numbers, batch numbers, and dates.

Our compact UV laser marker is designed as a direct, drop-in replacement for thermal transfer overprinters (TTO). It mounts perfectly onto your current TTO bracket, requires minimal space, and operates at an extremely short working distance – making it the ideal solution for space-constrained packaging lines.

    Key Advantages

    1. Direct TTO Replacement – No Bracket Modification
Unlike conventional laser markers that demand bulky enclosures or custom mounting, this unit is built to fit standard TTO brackets. Simply remove your existing TTO printer and install our UV laser marker in the same footprint. No engineering changes. No production line redesign.

    2. Ultra-Compact, Space-Saving Design
With its small form factor, the marker occupies almost no additional space. It is ideal for production lines where every inch counts – tight conveyor layouts, confined printing stations, or retrofitting into older packaging machinery.

    3. Short Working Distance for Precision Coding
The short focal length and near-field marking capability allow the laser to be placed very close to the substrate. This delivers consistently sharp, high-contrast codes even on curved, uneven, or tension-sensitive films. It also minimizes beam divergence, ensuring clean marks on flexible packaging materials.

    4. Zero Consumables, Maximum Uptime
No ribbons, no inks, no solvents. The UV laser operates with zero ongoing consumable costs. Maintenance is limited to basic cleaning, drastically reducing downtime compared to TTO printers that require frequent ribbon changes and printhead cleaning.

    5. Cold Marking for Sensitive Materials
The 355nm UV laser marks via "cold processing" – no heat-affected zone. This means no burning, melting, or substrate damage, making it perfect for thin films, coated foils, medical packaging, and heat-sensitive labels.
