How does Product Coding Realize Anti-Counterfeiting & Anti-Channeling

2024-12-04

In today's fierce consumer market competition, enterprises must not only face the threat of counterfeit products, but also deal with the challenges brought by channeling agents. Traditional product identification anti-counterfeiting methods have been unable to meet the needs of modern enterprises.

To comply with marketing and policy requirements, product labeling must include more information. As a result, one-dimensional product codes are transitioning to two-dimensional codes in the field of product coding. In addition to standard information such as enterprise details, product specifications, and production dates, achieving traceability from raw materials through production to sales requires unique identification for each product—one item, one code.

For consumer goods that require boxing and palletization, the smallest unit product's anti-counterfeiting or traceability is based on its existing unique identity authentication. Businesses need:
1. Programs that can automatically generate code sources and servers to store these codes.
2. Two industrial computers.
3. Three coding devices.
4. Three code readers.

The specific process is as follows:
1. The first industrial computer connects to the server to download the code package and then links to the first coding device to assign codes to the smallest unit product.
2. This computer transmits the box code package to the second coding device, which handles special box codes.
3. Meanwhile, the second industrial computer and the first code reader associate the smallest unit product code with the box code reading.
4. The first industrial computer sends the stacking package to the third coding device, responsible for stacking codes.
5. The second industrial computer linked requires the second code reader to associate the box code with the stack code reading. This establishes a three-level association between the smallest unit, box, and stack.
6. When goods leave the warehouse, the third code reader connected to the second industrial computer reads the stack and dealer codes.

After the above steps, when the product reaches the hands of consumers, consumers can scan the two-dimensional code on the query platform, read through the program background, can display the fixed information to verify the authenticity of the product, and the enterprise can locate the product area through the background information.
