The Right-Direction Reverse Belt Paginator consists of structures such as the main frame, legs, pagination mechanism, and conveying mechanism. Their respective purposes are as follows:

Main Frame: The main frame is welded from high-quality stainless steel rectangular tubes, used for mounting the pagination mechanism, conveying mechanism, and other components.

Legs: Made from welded high-quality stainless steel rectangular tubes, used to support the main weight and for placement.

Pagination Mechanism: The pagination mechanism consists of a series of components including the pagination wheel, pagination belt, motor, chain sprocket box, guide chute, pressure wheel, pagination panel, loading plate, etc. It is used to quickly separate multiple products into single units.

Conveying Mechanism: The conveying mechanism consists of a series of parts including the drive shaft, driven shaft and bearings, belt, tensioning bolts, etc. It is used for transporting single products and allows for operations like printing, coding, and labeling to be performed on it.

    I. Mechanical Structure Specifications

    Body Material: The overall main body material is high-quality stainless steel.

    Feet: The feet use Φ40*20 platform-type rubber feet, making the equipment placement more stable.

    Conveyor Belt Type: The conveyor uses a 2mm thick black wear-resistant belt for longer service life.

    The fixed shaft for the reverse wheel undergoes quenching and tempering treatment for higher precision, ensuring more accurate reverse wheel movement.

    The pressure bar is made from Φ2.5 stainless steel round bar, offering high plasticity and better material pressingeffect.

    Transmission Method: 04C chain sprocket transmission is used between structures, preventing slippage and offering long life.

    II. Electrical Section Specifications

    The machine is equipped with one red rocker switch to control power on/off, offering simple control and easy operation.

    The machine uses one geared motor to simultaneously drive both the pagination mechanism and the conveying mechanism.

    The speed adjustment method is controlled by a knob-type electronic speed controller. Additionally, during the selection process, a digital display frequency converter can be chosen for speed adjustment.
